How much advance notice do you need to a schedule a visit?
Typically, we would like to have at least 48 hours. Scheduling will, of course, depend on our availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your pet’s visit. You can chose to have us issue you a credit on a future visit or refund your money.
